Key Clarification on $100 Biz Cards »
Some have recently reported that Sean’s preferred printer for these no longer prints the $100 business cards to look realistic like Sean’s. Uncertain if this is just this printer, or perhaps a new regulation, we recommend searching for other printers who produce $100 business cards along these lines, and ask them to show you a sample first, to ensure it looks effective. (Here's one some members have had good experience with!)
Key Clarification on Return Addresses »
This is to clear up some confusion some people have encountered in this training module: Using the return address on the invitation mailer is a personal preference.
Benefits of adding a return address:
- You will receive returned mail
- You can skip trace the returns if you want to!
Benefits of not adding a return address:
- Less labor intensive/less expense
- Our tests have shown a slightly higher response rate
If you choose not to add it, the mail piece should still be forwarded to the owner and they will call you out of curiosity. If you prefer to use the return address, definitely use it. Without a return address label or handwritten return address, you will not receive returned mail or forwarding address. If you're “in doubt”, we recommend using the return address. If you choose to add your return address, we do NOT recommend using a name or company name. Address only.
