Hi, I'm a real estate investor in {YOUR CITY, STATE}. A friend of mine highly recommended MailChimp to me, to use for broadcast emails and autoresponders for a new website I am currently having developed at {YOUR WEBSITE}. 



I do not have an existing email list to import or start with, because this website is currently in development. I have added one of my other email addresses as the only subscriber at the moment. 



However I am trying to assemble all the necessary components for my webmaster, including autoresponders. After setting up my new MailChimp account, it seems I must upgrade before I can create autoresponders. It also appears taht my account needs to be reviewed and approved first in order to upgrade.
