Look, we can't learn this stuff for you. We can lead a horse to water, but we can't make 'em drink. So, do what you have to do to set aside a little time this week to walk through this. You owe it to yourself after all.

Your 2nd job (besides going through this material) is to actually take action on it. Again, we can't do this for you — you have to do the work. We'll make it as paint-by-numbers as it can be, and literally will hand you specific action steps to take with each training session. But you've got to actually get up off your butt and git-r-done.

  Secondly and most importantly, I'd like to invite you to shift your mindset AWAY from what you don't want… and TOWARDS what you want.
  
  Sounds like you've been burned before, which sucks.
  
  However, to be successful in this program, in addition to studying and applying everything taught, you MUST do 2 things.
  
  1) You have to commit to your success (and work the program however long it takes you for your desired results)
  2) You have to believe that not only is success with this program possible for others, it's possible for YOU
  
  Armed with that mindset, you can do anything.

I have been in the corporate world since I graduated college. I have appreciated everything my job(same one for 17 years) has done for me and my family, but I have always been searching for something more. I have always had an interest in real estate and felt as though investors were so smart and wish I could learn how to do that.

I'm all in. Prior to this course, I had setup time on my calendar to read and research as much as I could on REI. I fell onto this site yesterday and spent the day reading comments, etc. I'm really excited to continue on this path and can't wait to get started. My “why” is that I want to learn a skill that will allow me financial security to work for myself. As I said, I have always had the “interest” but I always stopped there. I have been prepping my wife for a few months, that I'm going to make something happen for us and to “watch”. Now is the time to act! LG!
