Look, we can't learn this stuff for you. We can lead a horse to water, but we can't make 'em drink. So, do what you have to do to set aside a little time this week to walk through this. You owe it to yourself after all.
Your 2nd job (besides going through this material) is to actually take action on it. Again, we can't do this for you — you have to do the work. Why am I here? I am here so my family and I will not struggle financially. My goal is to make $10,000 in 2 months and move in to a new home either by december or by the spring.
My False disbelief – I don't want to fail, not having the fiance to fund my dream of real estate, or I feel I don't deserve this. But I do deserve it and I won't fail and I will have the funds to finance my dreams of being successful in real estate.
My date of success – It's X-date and I just made over $9,000 on my first 10-Hr Wholesaler deal!
I am excited to be learning how to wholesale properties. I was able to retire early because I implemented and ACTED upon information contained in some of Robert Allen’s Real Estate books. (Which I borrowed from the library) I have had several friends who are in Real Estate, and they have ALWAYS had a wad of cash that astounded me. I had read about wholesaling properties, and for all of the obvious reasons avoided pursuing this as I am currently running two other businesses. But, after taking a closer look at this, decided that it would be worth pursuing. And, it may well become my primary business within the next year.
I am excited and committed to making $10,000 in my first month. Then, I will scale-up over the next three months so I can be debt free and begin the next step in my life!

I recently was injured at home and am out of work due to a sprained ankle. I had already signed up for a different wholesaling/investor program. Although I can see how to make money through it, it is the traditional “Talk to sellers and offer them way below their asking price” method as well as driving out and around myself and inspecting the houses(which is a little hard to get around with a torn ligament.) I was about half way through the process, have some cash buyers lined up as well as a Real Estate Attorney and some properties sent over by a Realtor I met, but I could see the uphill struggle to contact the Sellers and make offers to them. Then I came across this and I can say that it 100% makes sense and I can see how much easier this is going to be. I know I have to put the work in but it won”t be nearly as difficult at the other method I was doing. Thanks Justin! I pledge myself to commit to the 10-hour wholesaler!
